Our compassionate and highly-trained team is available 24 hours a day, ensuring our clients receive the support they need, whether it’s assistance with everyday tasks or achieving long-term goals—all based on their personalised Person-Centred Plan.

Direct Payments Budgets and Your Care at Trans4mation Healthcare Ltd
Direct Payments are provided by your local council to individuals who have been assessed as needing support but prefer to manage and arrange their own care rather than receiving services directly from the council. If you can consent to and manage your care, even with day-to-day assistance, you may be eligible for direct payments.
After your assessment, the council will allocate a personal budget based on what they deem necessary to meet your needs. You can choose to take all or part of this budget as a direct payment, giving you more control over how your care is organised. This allows you to directly pay your care provider, including Trans4mation Healthcare Ltd.
However, there are some exceptions. If you are currently undergoing treatment or assessment for mental health issues, alcohol or substance misuse, or are under certain criminal justice orders, you may not be eligible to receive direct payments.
At Trans4mation Healthcare, we can guide you through the entire process, from understanding your direct payments and personal budget to how they can be used to cover your care needs. If you don’t manage your own payments, a trusted authority or brokerage service can take care of that for you, and we will work closely with them to ensure everything runs smoothly.
We are fully qualified, insured, and compliant with all government standards. Whether you prefer to meet at your home or another convenient location, we are here to help you explore your care options and find the best arrangement to support your independence and well-being.
